Size Guide & Care Instructions
All Jasinta products are handcrafted in Argentina and/or Portugal by experienced hands who take care of even the smallest details. We use noble, sustainable and excellent quality materials.
The fabrics, chaguar, aguayos or other fabrics incorporated into our collections are handcrafted and dyed with natural dyes. They may occasionally present differences between one another in designs, sizes or colors, but this does not mean that they are faulty in their production.
The hides may occasionally show small marks or imperfections typical of the material due to marks or bruises from the animal that persist after the tanning process. They may also suffer slight changes in color due to their natural characteristics or excessive exposure to the sun.
- How to care the products:
Both handcrafted leather and the textiles used in our designs are noble, vibrant, and durable materials. But like everything valuable, it requires care. In this guide, we share simple tips for caring for your handmade bags, shoes, and accessories and preserving their beauty for years.
Protects any item containing leather or fabric from rain and moisture.
Store your bags and/or shoes with paper inside to preserve their shape.
Wipe with a dry or slightly damp cloth to remove dust and surface dirt and protect the leather.
For stubborn areas, use gentle strokes with a natural bristle brush.
Please, do not use abrasive products as they can damage your shoes, purses or leather accessories.
Spot stains on leather: Absorb the liquid immediately with a dry cloth (do not rub).
For grease stains, sprinkle a little cornstarch and let it sit for several hours. Remove carefully. If in doubt, less is more: Consult us or find a leather professional.
Moisturizing: This is key to preventing dryness, as leather, like our skin, needs nourishment.
Apply a neutral balm or cream specifically for natural leather every 2 or 3 months. Use a soft cloth and use circular motions until the product is absorbed. This step prevents the leather from cracking, drying out, or losing flexibility.
Store your bags and/or shoes with paper inside to maintain their shape. Keep them in a dry place, away from direct sunlight or heat sources.
Each of our designs comes with a protective bag, which I recommend you use to better preserve your Jasinta products.
- How to know my shoe size:
To find out your correct size, place your foot on a piece of paper and mark from the tip of your big toe to the heel. Measure this length with a ruler, then check the conversion table and you will know the correct size.
